See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.
A traditional, unspoilt village local, just as pubs used to be - no music or games machines, just conversation and banter, and a roaring open fire through the Winter. The main room, served by a single bar, leads to two smaller rooms for quieter drinking. Three regular beers plus up to three rotating guest beers often largely from local microbreweries. Hot and cold buffet catering for parties and special occasions is available on request. Identified by CAMRA as having a regionally important historic pub interior. Registered as an Asset of Community Value from March 2016.
