This club has been part of the Grappenhall and Thelwall community since 1947 and members of the club have access to a full and varied entertainments programme as well as a number of sports activities. Equipped with a comfortable lounge with TVs (for main sporting events non- members are welcome), snooker and darts facilities and an outside play area, the club runs regular social events, a darts section, live music once a month on a Saturday, quiz nigh the last Friday in the month, an annual Remembrance Sunday and many other festivities fill the calendar. Request are considered for bookings for christenings, birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, wakes, meetings and events. The outdoor facilities include a children's play area plus decking where parents, members and guests can enjoy a quality drink whilst keeping an eye on their children. The function room, The Poppy Suite is licensed for up to 200 people, is available for hire. Equipped with a modern kitchen. Cask ales are normally from the follwing local breweries: Coach House, 4T's, Lymm or Dunham Massey.
