See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.

The Brewery Tap, in the red-brick former post office, is a few steps away from the Bridgewater Canal. The bar area is complemented by the subdued lighting and comfy armchairs in the front room which is warmed by a wood-fired stove. Four changing beers are either from the pub's own microbrewery or nearby Dunham Massey and include at least one dark beer such as the award-winning Porter. Open Mic night twice a month. Renowned local pies are always available. Free wi-fi and newspapers to wile away the day. Quality cask ale in a pleasant environment.
